At Southern Soul Academy, we’re all about flexibility, transparency, and community. We know life happens—whether you're traveling, dealing with an injury, or just need a break. Here's everything you need to know about freezing or canceling your membership:

Members may freeze their membership for up to 2 months per calendar year at no charge.
Freeze requests must be submitted via email to support@southernsoulacademy.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Requests must include a start date and end date for the freeze period (maximum of 2 months).
Billing will be paused during the freeze period, and your spot in class will be saved.
Please note: Freezes cannot be backdated, and we do not refund charges that have already been processed.
Need time off? We’ve got you. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@southernsoulacademy.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for tuition already processed.
If you choose to return in the future (we hope you do!), you will be subject to the $50 enrollment fee and re-enrolled at the current rate, based on class availability.
